The BCHA is an active member of the following organizations:

The BCHA undertakes a wide variety of activities on behalf of its members and the industry

Hospitality Industrial Relations: (H.I.R.) is an employer's organization representing approximately 200 unionized hotels, pubs, private membership clubs, restaurants and golf courses in British Columbia. All Hotel Association members are eligible to join.

Canada-Wide Support: BCHA members benefit from the Hotel Association of Canada 's monitoring of industry matters at the federal level. The HAC Ottawa office protects the interests of BCHA members and other provincial associations.

Educational Training : An effective employee training program is the key to a successful operation. BCHA assists hotel operators in employee training through participation in joint industry programs.
